Author response: Understanding and addressing gender equity for women in neurology

I thank Drs. Graves, Farmer, and Loder for their respective comments on my article.1 Jennifer Graves, MD, PhD, an Associate Professor of Neurosciences at the University of California, San Diego, has previously provided keen insights on gender equity in neurology.2 Dr. Graves notes that existing and well-documented gender workforce disparities are fixable and wrote, “Progress will be more rapid with active advocacy from diverse neurologists and with a strong intolerance of gross inequities and harassment.”3
