The Cosmetic Surgery Clinic is open!

To our Patients,

Wow, it feels great to reopen our clinic!
Although things definitely aren’t back to “normal,” we’re glad we can take the next steps in opening our doors again. It’s been encouraging to connect with you through Instagram Live and virtual consultations during our closure- but there’s nothing like being part of your journey in person.  Our team is thrilled to be back together as well.

For me, the best part of reopening is to see the magic resume in our clinic; whether that’s seeing happy Botox and filler patients thrilled with their treatment after seeing Majid, walking by as Natalie thoughtfully prepares her room in the morning, or noticing how intentionally Sarah personalizes skincare for each patient’s needs. It’s a joy to be working with Ange, Patti, Dr. Nicholas and the whole surgical team again.

We are also grateful for you, and for your patience as we find great ways to support and see all of you –while adhering to new protocols and temporary limitations. During this time we may not be able to see you as quickly as we’d like, but we are working hard to see everyone who requests an appointment as soon as possible. These limitations are all here for our collective health and safety, and we take them very seriously.

Here’s a look at what you can expect in the coming weeks as we reopen.

When booking appointments:
Please read through our current guidelines if you are looking to book or reschedule an appointment. We value your needs and are doing our best to effectively schedule everyone as soon as we can.

> We are currently prioritizing the rebooking of all appointments that were cancelled because of our closure. We are also booking new appointments.
> If you are on a waitlist, please wait for our call. We will do our best to schedule your appointment as soon as possible.
> We are only booking specific treatments for non-surgical and surgical appointments for the time being; the treatments we can offer are based on necessary safety guidelines.
> If you took part in a virtual consultation, you will receive a phone call inviting you to make an in-person appointment.

New Appointment Waitlists
If you would like to book a new appointment, please sign-up for our surgical or non-surgical waitlists.

Here’s what you need to know for the day of your appointment:
> When you arrive for your appointment, please wait for our team to call you before coming inside. Once you receive a call you can proceed to the front door, where you’ll be greeted by one of our team members.
> We encourage patients to bring their own masks; you will be asked to wear your mask at all times in the clinic if possible.
> We will provide a COVID-19 screening and temperature check in the front foyer for all patients. After this, you will see a provider right away and won’t need to sit in the waiting room.

This is a strange new normal for all of us! We appreciate everyone’s cooperation through all of this. The team at the Cosmetic Surgery Clinic are so grateful for our amazing patients who have made this process so seamless with your kindness and patience as we all adjust.

Looking ahead
Over the coming months, we will be adjusting our guidelines to comply with all health authority recommendations. Stay tuned to our social channels and newsletter for any changes and updates.
