Two workouts that boost the brain’s plasticity



Although exercise in general is good for the brain, a new
study from the University of South Australia has found that two particular
styles of workout give the brain’s plasticity the biggest boost. The two
exercises were 25 minutes of continuous moderate aerobic exercise or 20 minutes
of high-intensity interval training.
