Reader response: Atrial cardiopathy in patients with embolic strokes of unknown source and other stroke etiologies

We read with great interest the article by Jalini et al.,1 which demonstrated a higher prevalence of atrial cardiopathy in patients with embolic strokes of undetermined source (ESUS) compared with patients with large artery and small vessel disease strokes.
