A Super Simple Way To Improve Your Tooth Brushing Routine

People tend to wildly overestimate how long they spend brushing their teeth, so it stands to reason that many aren’t actually clocking in a full two minutes, twice a day. The solution is simple, though! Set a timer for two minutes on your smartphone. Press “start” and go, go, go.  Do this twice a day and, before you know it, it will become a part of your daily routine.
