• AVOID STRENUOUS WORKOUTS: EXERCISE INCREASES BLOOD CIRCULATION AND MAY DIFFUSE THE PRODUCT. YOGA, GYMMING, AEROBICS, DANCING, SPORTS AND SWIMMING SHOULD BE AVOIDED FOR 2 DAYS POST BOTOX/FILLER.
  • DISCONTINUE TOPICAL CREAMS: CREAMS LIKE RETINOLS AND HIGH PERCENTAGE GLYCOLIC ACID SHOULD BE AVOIDED 2 DAYS POST BOTOX/FILLER.
  • AVOID TOUCHING THE TREATED AREA: IT IS BEST TO LEAVE IT ALONE AND NOT TO MANUPULATE THE TREATED AREA FOR 6 HOURS TO AVOID DISPLACEMENT OF THE BOTOX/FILLER.
  • AVOID ALCOHOL: ALCOHOL CAUSES VASO DILATION AND CAUSE HAEMATOMA {BLOOD CLOT}. AVOID IT FOR 2 DAYS AFTER GETTING YOUR BOTOX AND OR FILLER.
  • AVOID BLOOD THINNERS IF ANY: THIS ALSO CAUSES VASO DILATION. HENCE IT IS MANDATORY TO AVOID ASPIRIN, VITAMIN E, OMEGA 3 ACIDS 2 DAYS BEFORE AND AFTER THE TREATMENT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN’S CONSENT.
  • AVOID LYING DOWN: STAY AWAKE AND UPRIGHT ANT TRY NOT TO SLEEP 4 HOURS AFTER BOTOX/FILLER TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL PRESSURE TO THE TREATED AREA.
  • AVOID SUN AND SUN BATHING: YOUR SKIN WILL BE QUITE SENSITIVE AFTER BOTOX /FILLER TRY NOT TO EXPOSE YOURSELF TO SUN AS THIS MAY PROVOKE BRUISING.
  • COLD COMPRESS: IF YOU HAVE SWELLING KEEP COLD COMPRESSION GENTLY 15 MINUTES EVERY HOUR FOR A DAY.
  • MASSETER BOTOX: AVOID CHEWING HARD FOOD FOR A DAY AFTER GETTING YOUR BOTOX FOR MASSETER MUSCLES.
