Fish Oil, Particularly EPA, Linked to Reduced Ischemic Stroke




A new study of fish oils and ischemic stroke that included data on adipose tissue levels of key fatty acids has suggested a greater benefit with dietary intakes of EPA than with DHA or total fish oil.
