Can you explain how the street-cat post is controversial? I looked through it and saw what I would expect from street cats – they don't have great (or any) vet care and are densely packed populations in most cases, so seeing some thin ones, or ones who're engaged in 'fighting' is expected? At least for me? Could you explain further your thoughts?

Oh sorry, I just meant some of the science of street cat welfare vs. wildlife was weirdly controversial and inconsistent. Like about Trap/Neuter/Return and the numbers of birds/mammals outdoor cats kill annually. There’s a lot of competing interests trying to influence those studies and how people perceive them!
